Delivery Information

What you'll pay for delivery

Delivery is a flat $520.00 to the contiguous 48 states, added to your item price so your delivered total is clear up front. Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and limited-access or long-driveway sites may require an additional charge, which we quote and confirm with you before shipping. There are no hidden handling fees.

From order to doorstep — the timeline

1. Order placedYou place the order online and immediately receive your reference number and an itemized invoice with the full delivered total.
2. Payment clearsYou pay the invoice by bank transfer. Your order is locked in and scheduled as soon as payment is received.
3. Prep & dispatch — about 5–7 business daysWe complete final inspection, prep and freight booking, then your unit is dispatched. Made-to-order or custom units may need a little extra lead time, which we confirm with you up front.
4. Freight transitYour unit travels by freight — time on the road depends on the distance to your address and carrier scheduling across the contiguous 48.
5. Delivery appointmentThe carrier contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window, so you know exactly when the truck will arrive.

How payment works

Payment is by bank transfer (ACH or wire) against your itemized invoice — nothing is charged automatically and no card details are collected. You review the full delivered total first, then pay to lock in your order. We don't offer in-house financing; if you'd like to finance, arrange it through your own bank or a third-party equipment lender and we'll supply the invoice and documentation they need. Delivery day — what to expect

Freight items arrive by truck and are delivered curbside. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment — please provide accurate contact details and respond promptly to avoid storage or redelivery fees. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible to the delivery vehicle and, where required, that adequate equipment or personnel are available to receive and position the item.

Site access

For containers and large structures, please have a level, firm, accessible area with clear overhead and side clearance for the truck to maneuver and offload. If your site has tight access, a long or steep driveway, or soft ground, tell us in advance so we can plan the drop or arrange the right equipment.

Inspection on delivery

Inspect every delivery on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, photograph it, and report it to us within 48–72 hours so we can file a timely freight claim. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
