Merhow's Indiana shop turns out clean, well-finished aluminum horse haulers, and this 2010 two-horse slant load carries that reputation. The all-aluminum build resists corrosion and keeps weight down, so it tows easily and holds up over the long run. Two horses ride at an angle behind slant dividers, with a front tack area to keep saddles and supplies organized. Drop-down head windows and roof vents keep air moving, and the aluminum floor is protected by rubber mats. It rolls on two 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes for a GVWR near 7,000 lb. The trailer has a clean title, comes with a spare tire and a good floor, and we've gone over it carefully before freight delivery.
