The lift-off ramp gate is what makes this Big Tex 7 x 12 handy: it drops flat to load mowers, then comes off entirely for a wide-open 83-inch-wide by 12-foot deck. Built on a steel frame over a treated wood floor, it's finished with a tube top rail, tie-down points, LED lights, and a spare tire carrier. A single 3,500 lb idler axle on multi-leaf springs carries the 2,995 lb GVWR, towed from a 2-inch bumper-pull hitch. Landscapers and homeowners handling mowers and yard gear are the target.
