This Car Mate 7 x 16 shows up already dressed for work, not as a bare box you'll spend a weekend outfitting. Inside its 80-inch-wide by 16-foot interior with 80 inches of height sit three 7-foot steel shelves, three aluminum ladder racks, a reinforced walk-on roof, and a 110V shore inlet. The 3/4-inch plywood floor stands up to daily loading, and tandem 3,500 lb axles with brakes on every wheel handle the 7,000 lb GVWR. A 2-5/16-inch coupler keeps the tow solid behind a work truck.
