Overview

Sundowner's aluminum-over-galvanneal-steel construction gives this 2003 two-horse bumper pull the best of both worlds: rust resistance up top and rugged strength underneath. The two-horse layout carries a pair of full-size horses, with a front dressing and tack area for saddles, bridles and supplies. Drop-down windows, a side escape door and roof vents keep the compartment ventilated and easy to load, and rubber mats over a wood floor cushion the ride. It rides on two 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes for a GVWR around 7,000 lb, towing comfortably behind a properly matched truck. The trailer carries a clean title, includes a spare tire and a good floor, and we've inspected it thoroughly before freight delivery.
