Overview
Yamaha calls the 4.2-liter V6 the flagship of its Offshore lineup, and this 2018 F300XCA is exactly that engine: a 60-degree, 24-valve DOHC design displacing 4,169 cc (4.2L) and rated at 300 horsepower. EFI fueling and a 1.75:1 gearcase give it authority swinging larger props on heavy hulls, and a 90-amp alternator supplies serious charging for electronics. It rides a 25-inch (XL) shaft, weighs around 551 lb, and includes power trim and tilt with electric start. Offshore anglers running single or twin big-boat rigs are the target. Sold pre-owned, inspected, and freight-delivered nationwide.
