Part of Yamaha's celebrated 4.2-liter Offshore family alongside the F225 and F250, this 2022 F300 balances power, speed and efficiency in a relatively light package. It's a 60-degree DOHC 24-valve V6 displacing 4,169 cc with electronic fuel injection, rated at 300 horsepower and set up with a 25-inch (X) shaft. The engine weighs about 562 lb and charges through a 70-amp (50-amp net) alternator, with power trim and tilt and electric start included.
