Overview

Suzuki gave the DF150 a large 2,867 cc in-line four-cylinder DOHC 16-valve powerhead, and that displacement shows up as strong midrange torque and easy load-carrying. Multi-point sequential electronic fuel injection handles fueling, and the motor is rated for both fresh and salt water while turning a 2.50:1 gearcase. Weighing about 470 lb with a 44-amp alternator, it's available in 20- or 25-inch shaft form with power trim and tilt and electric start.
