Computer-controlled direct injection sets the pre-owned Evinrude E90DPGL apart from any carbureted two-stroke. This 90-horsepower E-TEC is built around Evinrude's acclaimed 1295 cc (1.3-liter) 60-degree inline-three-cylinder direct-injection powerhead, delivering a power stroke on every revolution for fast planing and immediate throttle response. It runs through 2.00:1 gearing to a 5,000-5,500 rpm range and comes with electric start, power trim and tilt and a 20-inch long shaft, weighing 320 lb. E-TEC's self-metering oil system means no premixing and long service intervals. Fishing boats, aluminum rigs and pontoons all suit its lively character.
