This 70-horsepower four-stroke runs a 1502 cc (1.5 L) inline-four with a 16-valve DOHC head and multi-point sequential electronic fuel injection, and the combination of generous displacement, a deep 2.59:1 gear ratio and a 5,000-6,000 rpm range gives it strong pull and effortless hole-shot. It comes with electric start, power trim and tilt, a 20-inch long shaft and 27-amp charging, weighing about 341 lb. Heavier aluminum boats, bay hulls and pontoons all suit it well.
