The F50 shares the same silky 996 cc in-line four-cylinder SOHC EFI powerhead as Yamaha's F60, so it idles quiet and pulls smoothly through the midrange with the help of a 1.85:1 gear reduction. It comes with electric start, power trim and tilt, a 20-inch long shaft, 16-amp charging, and it tips the scale around 247 lb. Four cylinders in a 50-horse motor is a genuine comfort upgrade for pontoons and small fishing hulls. Inspected in our shop and ready to ship on a freight pallet.
